You can use the API for any legal purpose. Don't hammer it (be reasonable about your rate), don't share your API key, and don't resell access to the API as your own product without a written agreement.

We do our best to keep the service running with 99.95% uptime, but we can't guarantee that. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for losses incurred from outages, false positives, or false negatives.

We can suspend abusive accounts (excessive volume on the free tier, attempting to bypass rate limits, etc.) without notice. We will refund unused subscription time on cancellation. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days.

Operating entity: CheckDisposable Email is operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC, a Wyoming-registered United States company. All customer payments and support are handled under US jurisdiction. Application infrastructure runs in Falkenstein, Germany.

Governing law: the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved under Wyoming law and in Wyoming courts.
