# Terms of Service — CheckDisposable Email

> Short, readable terms. You use the API, we provide it, we both behave.

## Service

CheckDisposable Email is provided by **GrowMeOrganic LLC** (Sheridan, Wyoming, United States). The service is an HTTP API that detects disposable / temporary email addresses.

## Acceptable use

- One signup per individual or legal entity.
- Don't share API keys publicly or in client-side code.
- Don't use the API to enable spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
- Don't try to reverse-engineer our disposable-domain list.

## Plans and billing

- Free tier: 500 checks/month, no credit card required, no commitment.
- Unlimited: $9/month via Stripe, cancel anytime, no refunds for partial months.
- Lifetime: $149 one-time via Stripe, non-refundable after 14 days.

## Service availability

We aim for 99.95% uptime but offer no SLA on the free tier. If our API is down, your code should **fail open** (let the signup through) rather than blocking real users.

## Termination

Either side may terminate at any time. If you abuse the service or violate these terms, we may revoke your keys without notice.

## Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from disposable verdicts (false positives or negatives). Treat the verdict as a strong signal, not gospel.

## Jurisdiction

All customer payments and support are handled under US jurisdiction. Application data is stored in the EU. Operating entity: **GrowMeOrganic LLC**, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
